• Pets are not allowed.

4. Calendar availability

The availability calendar shown on the site is indicative and updated automatically from external sources (Booking.com and/or the host's internal calendar). Final confirmation of availability is only given following an explicit reply from the host.

5. Limitation of liability

The information published on the site (description, amenities, distances, local activities) is provided in good faith but does not constitute a contractual offer. Seasonal variations (lift openings, weather conditions, local events) are not attributable to the property.

6. Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the accommodation contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the guest's place of residence, where applicable, in accordance with Italian consumer protection law.
